How to use the referral link

Who qualifies?

When and how do you get paid?
Expect a validation wait after installation, rather than cash on signup. Virgin describes roughly 60 days, subject to cancellation and offer conditions. Once Aklamio confirms the reward, sign in to the referral account and select bank or PayPal payment as instructed. Do not assume that cash arrives without a claim; Virgin's terms also mention a 12-month claim deadline.
Is the bonus worth switching for?
A one-off reward can disappear into a more expensive contract. Compare the monthly price, future increases, setup fee and minimum term before counting cashback. Also check the upload speed, equipment and installation arrangements for your address, especially if you work from home.
If two packages cost the same, the reward may help you choose. If one costs more each month, work out the difference over the full term. I would prioritise the connection and total cost over the bonus.
What if the reward is missing?
